Return and refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team, call us, or email us directly.

Each order is eligible for a single exchange only. A reverse pickup fee of ₹250 will be applicable and borne by the customer. Alternatively, the customer may choose to courier the product back at their own expense.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business
days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved and processed.
